starting from back of booklet, separate each page in quarter from 0 - increments of 8 (0-64). on first page make space for 5 questions.

starting from back of booklet, create horizontal line at the middle of page. Write the letter A nine times in a row on first page, then 8 times in a row on remaining pages, creating BCDE columns for each new problem. bottom half of sheet for notes. break up each page from 0 to increments of 15
