this civilization had a god instead of kings like many of the other societies and did not rely on irrigation, again very different to those like Axum, Bantu, and Moche. They had many battles and wars over trade and commerce with Egypt. They also had a large range of ironworking.

Axum
answer
The Axum people practiced state control over Agaw-speaking people through many payments. They ruled with a monarchy with a very important king named King Ezana who later introduced Christianity to the rest of the civilization. They traded with a different language named Geez deriving from South Arabia.

Niger Valley Civilization

The parents here passed skills to children who were later only allowed them to marry in their own occupation. There was widespread warfare here and trade happened through both land and sea including a big export, pottery, and the huge manufacturing of iron working. Their main religion was Islam which toke over the civilization and then suddenly disappeared.

A vast movement of the Bantu peoples from present-day Nigeria eastward and southward through Africa. This spread the languages of the Bantu people, as well as their culture and technologies. It was a gradual, nonconcious movement of these people that greatly influenced the regions that they then occupied.

A patriarchal society of Mesoamerica. They were fairly peaceful, despite the war sector of their economy. Their economy was also based upon trade. Math and astronomy was very impressive in their civilizatin. They had the first writing system in the Americas. They had a lasting influence on the succeeding societies.

Largest American city of the Classical Era. It occupied a vast area of land, which was nonarable. This led to little agriculture. They had advanced roadways and waterways. This facilitated trade, which is evident in their high density of merchants and marketplaces.

Chavin

City of the Moche people. This city was a religious center, with many pilgramages made here. It was led by Sharmans and Priests, as well as elites with superior housing. They had many llamas and waterways for trade and transportation. They also specialized in metallurgy and harvesting herbal drugs. All these factors led to Chavin de Huanatar as the religious and trade ceter of the Andean region.

Moche

They were a people located on the Pacific Coast of the Andes. They were very religious, often facilitating ritual sacrifices. Their politics were religion-oriented, as seen in the warrior-priest rulers who performed these rituals. The economy was based on complex irrigation, farming, fishing, and specialized crafts.

Chaco Phenomenom

Many pueblos radiating out from the Chaco Valley along roads that covered 25,000 square miles. These pueblos were very impressive, with some standing at 5 stories with 600 rooms.

Mound Builders/ Cahokia

A highly stratified society of many groups in the Easter Woodlands of present-day United States of 'Murica. They had elites and nobles, who helped the ruler to motivate the people to build enormous monumental structures(mounds). They were agricultural chiefdoms. This society stretched from Lousiana along the Mississippi River to near boring North Dakota, eastward through the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean, and south to Florida. They had a vast trading system throughout this area which was based on canoe travel.
