Dependent for LB dressing. -Bathing requires minimal-moderate assistance. -Grooming requires assistance with setup:can be independent in some aspects depending on spint, u-cuff, etc.

Independent with UB dressing with button hook, zipper pull, velcro fasteners -Bath minA using hand held shower, TTB, sliding board -Grooming Independent using tenodesis grasp or splint
