State
answer
A body of people living in a defined territory who have a government with the power to make and enforce law without the consent of any higher authority

The largest human grouping characterized by a common origin or ancestry. A territorially based community of people who usually have similar language or religion, a common history (real or imagined), and accepted social ways of behavior that give it a common culture.
