I&O; monitor: electrolytes, K+ liver functions, AST, ALT, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, dehydration, hypovolemia. PT TEACHING: *report side effects *skin discoloration is usually reversible *dark glasses may be needed for photophobia* use sunscreen *take as prescribed, no double dosing *complete follow up appts including outpt testing.
