emergency leave requests during non-working hours, cutting locks in 7th an 8th wing lockers

missing class, endorsement to Academic Dean to miss regularly scheduled examination, missing taps and liberty extensions up to 12 hours for ORM purposes, special town liberty including liberty for 4/c to attend off the yard religious services, excusal from military evolutions such as PE remedial or formations, exceptions to weekend eligibility requirements, guests or inividual midshipman to dine in King Hall (O-5 and below), authorization to reside in Bancroft during leave, regular INCONUS leave requests, attendance of sporting events not on the yard during non-liberty hours, replacement of lost ID card, conduct of spirit missions, wearing Navy/USMC PT gear for off the yard workouts, grant one weekend per semester to memebers of color squad

1/c and 2/c midshipman who maintain preexisting close personal relationships with newly commissioned officers, unless officer is in chain of command, are allowed provided the relationship was established when both parties were midshipman

unduly familiar relationships between midshipman in the same company are prohibited, any midshipman who desires to engage in interpersonal relationships in the same company shall request to transfer to another company, not engage in sexual misconduct while at the Naval Academy or other locations under military control

In a room, not your own, with none of the assigned roommates present, two or more individuals in a room who are not all assigned roommates of the room, during liberty time if midshipman have gathered for "movie night"

engage in sexual misconduct, hold hands while in uniform, exchange back rubs at USNA or while in uniform, sit or lay in the same bed at USNA, display inappropriate affection in public

consume alcohol at officers and faculty club, at the firstie club (1/c only), or as a guest at a staff or faculty residence, purchase and consume alcohol as permitted under fed, state, and local laws

consume alcohol when in authorized leave status and not residing in Bancroft hall

provide alcohol to a 4/c underage, report to a military obligation under the influence, consume alcohol less than 12 hours before duty or brigade events, consume alcohol on board USNA complex, consume alcohol at any USNA sponsored event except those with approved chits, engage in irresponsible drinking, consume alcohol while on restricted status

Plan of the day

midshipman regulations, uniform regulations, all instructions pertaining to their billet, administrative performance and conduct system manual.

occupy their assigned room, maintains rooms in Bravo condition when unoccupied, secure all valuables, medicine, and swords in confidential locker, keep current room discrepancy list in room regulations binder and report discrepancies to company 1LT, knock and await acknowledgment before entering another's room, place trash in trash containers which go outside the door MWF at 0700, keep all food in airtight containers, display only white sheets, white pillow cases, and a white shower curtain, posses only furniture issued by 1LT, post all active special request chits and only contain material in good taste on bulletin board, live in a room with at least 1 other midshipman

lay wet athletic gear in the corridor between 2000 and 0700, lock their doors after taps and when all occupants are absent during a leave period, have a room placecard on the door that "names" the room

one stereo stand or bookcase measuring no more than 36 inches tall, 24 inches wide, and 20 inches deep, solid-colored navy blue or black curtains, navy blue or black solid-colored bath mat with approval by SEL, personal office chair (with approved special request chit by SEL), one drying rack no larger than 48" tall, 36" wide, and 20" deep (may be placed in passageway between 2000 and 0700)

touch utensils or food until the order "seats" is given, throw food, remove food items from unoccupied tables, enter the sculleries, pantries, or galley, use king hall as a passageway, remove silverware, serving containers, or reusable food items, place backpacks in location that disrupt the flow of traffic, wear civilian clothes except 1/c or 2/c for carry-out food services Friday night-Sunday afternoon, may not wear blue over khakis from Friday evening throigh Sunday noon meal
