Ulta Interview – Flashcards

I do socialize with parents a lot. Make sure they are happy. Do what they would like. Follow orders. I did have customer service experience which I enjoyed for a year now but I do not have a passion for being a day care worker. Ulta is the best of both worlds. Customer service and cosmetics which are my passion I liked working with kids and giving them a good day. I always got great feed back and the parents were so happy because of the crafts I would do with them and the games we would play. They would ask for my number so I can baby sit for them. So I like the customers being happy and I loved interacting with the parents and doing what made them happy. I am a peoples person. Sometimes the kids will just be kids and not always be happy because you can't always give them what they want. I always wanted to see kids happy so I can see their parents happy.

It is all about connecting with the customers and making sure their beauty needs are met. Everyone is different in order to recommend the right products for them. You have to form a bond with your client and I definitely can form that bond. I have recommended certain lotions, acne treatments, foundations to friends and family and they always end up thanking me.

Nars. I love their foundation and concealer. I have dry to normal skin and that foundation is oily which mixes very well with my skin and leaves a lovely finish. I focus my foundation on high end products as to my eye I use maybe line often but I am very open minded. I am always willing to try new things and fall in love with it. Learn more about different products.

I know the basics of skin care. But I am not that knowledgeable about it. I do try to take care of my own skin. I use the clarasonic in the morning and night with Purity face wash and apply Mario Bedescu drying lotion if I get a pimple. I know more about make up than skin but I would be excited to learn more about it I would love to learn more about it.

I have a passion for make up. Making someone feel beautiful and helping them and giving them tips is something that I love. I feel like make up makes someone have more confidence and thats what matters. Is to have confidence and feel beautiful. I feel like I can really help others and give good tips and I would like to be around an environment that is related to that. I love making it all about them. I am a huge people person I love talking and socializing. I would be great in customer service . Having mass and prestige products are very convenient a some customers do not like going out of their comfort zone and staying with prestige or mass or have a combination of both.

Yes. First off I was obsessed with make up ever since I was a little girl. It started out by watching youtube videos and I taught myself how to do it. I constantly get asked my strangers what brands I am using or that they love my eyeliner, lashes and skin. I like to give them advice. I often give friends and families advice and I would like to further my knowledge more about the beauty of make up.

Enhances your beauty. Its fun to experiment with. I go to a lot of weddings and traditional arabic parties so we tend to wear dramatic make up a lot. Express who you are with makeup. Dark bold or soft and classy. Definitely boosts my confidence.

I graduated from Argo high school in 2012 I graduated from Moraine Valley in 2014 I currently work at five seasons family sports club in the day care I love hair and make up I experiment with it a lot. I do my friends and family often. My neices too! I have over 30! I come from a big family. 6 bros and 2 sis. I am very social and I love to interact with people. I love meeting new people. Multitasker I do so many things at once at work. There would be 12 kids in their and I am alone taking care of them all

Strengths: Friendly, organized and hard working Weaknesses: Bothers me if I do not complete my work and I cannot say no to someone especially with shift taking.
