The strength of the gvt. doesn't affect state soverignty. People naturally have allegiance towards smaller gvt. The fed is doing a better job than the state if they are preferred

The national Gvt. and State gvt.are seperate but rely on eachother. All power is in the people. The Gvt. works for us People were scared that the federal gvt would overthrow states, but we have the right to bear arms. Reps have loyality towards state.
