Unlock: In 4 consecutive runs; die to a Mulliboom as Isaac on The Basement/Cellar, die to your own bomb as Magdalene in The Caves/Catacombs, die as Judas to any Mom attack, die as Azazel to any Satan attack. The first 3 runs can be seeded the last run as Azazel cannot. Description: The Lost is an extremely hard secret character, you starts with no health, and cannot gain health of any kind, therefore you will die in one hit unless you have a respawn item that does not respawn you as a new character (9 lives, 1 up) or you have Holy Mantle.
