She was born to Juana Ibaguren and Juan Duarte, out of an illegitimate affair. Eva (Who was called 'Evita' meaning 'Little Eva'] decided to take a train and move to Buenos Aires to pursue her acting career, which started in radio. She attended a banquet where she met General Juan Peron. This would lead to the start of the road to being First Lady.

B. Childhood. 8. Evita lived in poverty for most of her childhood. In Los Toldos, there were no wealthy people, everyone was poor, but the Ibaguren tribe - as Evita called it (2, 16) were strictly ostracized for the fact that all the children were born out of Juana and Juan's affair. Eva was still seven years old. 9. After Juan Duarte died, life was harder. Juan had been the family's mean of support. So to help out their mother, the girls of the family decided to get a job as cooks for wealthier families. This was the first time they got a glance of the wealth life. She told Peron to announce his approval of Saadi. (1,109)

But after he was elected, Eva led a claim that led to an investigation that could easily boot Saadi right out of his new job.
