Science is the knowledge obtained by observing natural events and conditions in order to discover facts and formulate laws or principles that can be verified or tested.

Empirical evidence is the observations, measurement, and other types of data that people gather and test to support and evaluate scientific explanations.

Pseudoscience is a process of investigation that in one or more ways resembles science but deviates from the scientific methods.

And experiment is an organized procedure to study something under controlled conditions.

An Observation is the process of obtaining information by using; the information obtained by using the senses.

A Hypothesis is a testable idea or explanation that leads to scientific investigation.

In a scientific investigation, the factor that is deliberately manipulated.

In a scientific investigation, the factor that changes as a result of manipulation of one or more independent variables.

Data is information gathered by observation or experimentation that can be used in calculation or reasoning.

A theory is an explanation supported b a large amount of evidence.

Law is a description of a specific relationship under given conditions in the natural world.

A pattern, plan, or description designed to show the structure or workings of an object, system, or concept.

A quantitative description that has a number and unit

A description of how close a measurement is to the true value of the quantity measured.

A method that is used to study and analyze the characteristics of an actual or theoretical system.

A three-dimensional representation of an object that may be smaller or larger than the object it represents

One or more equations that represent the way a system works

A verbal or graphical explanation for how a system works or is organized.

First you look at your empirical evidence, secondly you see if your explanation is logical, third you look at other test you could do to support your ideas.

Concerns the natural world, Explanations can sound logical and be proven false allows personal opinions to be used as evidence.

Careful observation, curiosity, creativity, logic, skepticism, and objectivity.
