I am currently researching as an undergraduate at the University of Washington. I deal with molecular modeling, molecular structures and the behavior of molecules. I have always aimed at becoming a science student, and science fairs were my favorite. When I was in sixth grade, I locked myself in my room for three days because my volcanic eruption experiment refused to work during a class presentation. I aim at being a Ph.D. holder in dentistry and working at one of best firms to achieve my career goals. I have adequate strengths, and one of them is that I ensure that I become the best in all I do. My focus on achieving the best is supported by my constant need to pay attention to detail and produce high results in any goal I embark on, such as studying.

... you took a leadership position when you did not have the title of a leader.
When I was in high school, I was selected to be a Sports Trainer Assistant. I was thrilled to be given an opportunity to guide my classmates and other students during gym. It was my first real chance to lead others, as I had no experience beforehand. The opportunity gave me a first-hand experience in leading and molded me to become the leader I am today.
Tell me about a challenge or conflict you've faced at work, and how you dealt with it.
Three years ago, I was dealing with confidential records of patients and dispatching them to their relevant locations. One day, someone shared a patient’s records to unauthorized personnel and violated major ethical codes. Despite the fact that I had bee
vigilant with the files, the primary blame was directed to me. I had to face a panel of doctors to establish the breach of conduct. I was not the one who did it, and I defended myself before the panel. I maintained my innocence, and when I was about to be suspended, they found out that my colleague was the one responsible. Despite the pressure and suspicion, I maintained high levels of integrity and calmness.
What Is Your Greatest Professional Achievement?
One of my greatest professional achievement is working as an undergraduate researcher at the University of Washington. I can expound my understanding of molecules, which is crucial for my academic and career life. Also, working with Dr. Anderson is the best prospect of becoming better than what I am.
What's Your Dream Job?
I aspire to become a dentist soon. For the past year, I have been an observer at Bright Now. I admire the skills and influence Dr. Baljinder Kaur has on his patients. This has, therefore, inspired me to work towards that goal and assist many individuals who come to me for oral assistance.
Tell Me About A Time That Demonstrates Your Problem-solving Skills
While working as a cashier, there was a customer who came and complained that we debit her card twice. I was the one who had run her card when she had come in earlier to shop for some groceries. Moreover, it became my responsibility to sort the issue out since I was one of the experienced cashiers available. However, she did not want to hear anything from our side and shouted that we were stealing from her. I let her finish venting, and then
offered her some explanation and way forward. Since it was a system error, I called in the bank and the money was transferred to the customer’s bank account.
