I believe that migration will increase in future years. -Examples 1. People will increasingly leave one place and go to another in order to get a better job or opportunity. 2-Because many people can work remotely from the computer they are no longer confine to live near where their job is located. People may move to a more beautiful place to live or a cheaper place to live. 3. Environmental catastrophes, people get displaced from their homes and jobs. Sometimes when bad conditions like hurricanes, tornadoes, and typhoons happen people want to leave those memories behind and start in a new fresh place.

1. People live in areas favorable for settlement. 2. Mild climates, fertile soils, and adequate supply of freshwater have more people. 3. Polar regions, deserts, mountains have few people. 90 percent Northern Hemisphere and 10 percent Southern Hemisphere and explain. Also explain Demography, Birth Rate, Death Rate, Population Density.

The main reason people migrate is due to economic reasons. A- Push Factor-lost job or lack of opportunity. B-Pull Factor-a better job or higher pay elsewhere. Other reasons people migrate are: 1. Environmental conditions or hazards. Droughts and floods. 2. Flee political unrest and wars. 3. Political freedom (democratic countries). 4. Leave because they don’t feel safe or suffer discrimination 5. Refugees- People who have been forced to leave and cannot return to their homes 6. Geography(East coast to interior plains to farm) Famine. Natural disasters.

1. Reflects size of country, size of its population, and its environmental conditions. 2. People are spread unevenly across Earth. 3. Bangladesh – Smaller in area, covered in rich farmland, 131 million people crowded onto that farmland. 2,361 persons per square mile. 4. Canada – Huge country, most parts are too cold to support large numbers of people, 31.6 million people, 8 persons per square mile. 5. Within a country, smaller areas may have an even greater range of population densities.
