Cigarette smoking is the leading cause of death in the United States. Smoking increases the risk of things like coronary heart disease, having a stroke, and lung cancer (it can cause cancer in almost anywhere in your body). It affects a person’s health negatively.

Smoking during pregnancy can cause premature birth, ectopic pregnancy, bleeding from the vagina, stuff like that. When you smoke during pregnancy, all of the chemicals in the cigarettes enter the baby’s bloodstream. Even secondhand & thirdhand smoke can affect people (especially babies).

Suppression of the immune system, damage to respiratory system, memory problems, lack of motivation, personality and mood changes… etc. Long term use can lead to addiction. Negative.
