Cloning

Lots of things would be efferent on earth, and not for the better. In addition, cloning is unethical in many religions. Furthermore, even though clones have identical genes, you can’t be a hundred percent sure that the clones won’t suffer from defects or deficiencies, or that the resulting clone will be successful. Cloning humans is a bad idea that should be forbidden from being done on humans. Cloning humans would cause an unbalance on earth. Lots of things would be different on earth, and it would not be for the better.

Because people would be excited and amazed by the idea of cloning, many people loud start cloning others, including famous people, people who are soon going to be dead, and even themselves. Doing that will cause a major increase in the world’s population, making the number bigger than it already is. The struggle for food, water, and existence will increase as well, making the chances for survival slimmer, and making the earth’s resources be consumed quicker. Also, because there would be more humans because of the clones, the number of crimes and other illegal practice will go up and there will be more chaos in this world.

Not only is human cloning a wrong thing because of he unbalance it would cause on earth, but it is also a wrong thing because of how unethical it is in many religions. In many religions, human cloning is considered a very immoral, unethical thing to do. For example, in the Catholic religion, cloning humans is something that is not right. In the Catholic religion, human cloning is seen as “playing God”. In the bible it states that “God created everything in the universe”. Scientists creating cloned humans would be their way of playing God.

God created people for them to be treated as unique individuals, not to be treated as objects that can be made copies of. If that were the case, then everyone would be worth less than they really are, since many “copies” would be produced. Even though clones have identical genes, you can never be one hundred percent sure that the clones won’t suffer from defect or deficiencies, or that the resulting clone will be successful. For example, when the scientists were trying to clone Dolly the sheep, they failed over 200 times. After that, she got a lung disease, and also got premature arthritis. Because of that, she was put to sleep.

Her getting sick and having those illnesses could’ve been because he was cloned, which proves to show that the same could happen to a cloned human. If a human were cloned, and they had a defect or deficiency, there is no guarantee that they’ll be able to get rid of it because no medicine is perfect. In addition, cloning allows humans to interfere with genes, which could cause for the clones to have undesirable characteristics that may not only hurt others but hurt themselves too. Even tough scientists have successfully clones animals like Dolly the sheep, cloning is still a terrible idea that should be forbidden from being done n humans.

Human cloning has a great number of unfortunate consequences to it. Cloning on human will cause an unbalance on earth and change the planet very much, and not for the better. In addition, cloning is unethical and immoral in several religions. Not only-but also, even though clones have identical genes, you can’t be a hundred percent certain that the clones won’t suffer from defects or deficiencies or that the resulting clone will be successful. In brief, human cloning is a terrible idea that should be forbidden from being done on humans.
